At Oakbrook Dental, patient and team safety is the most important thing. Below are the OSHA protocols that we are implementing to provide you with a safe and healthy visit.
- New personal protective equipment such as; custom face shields and N95 masks
- UVA Disinfecting Technology in the entire office
- Approximately 99.99% reduction of common pathogens on surfaces through a disinfection lighting technology to combat these pathogens through a 24-hour continuous kill rate.
- Plexiglass Sneeze Guard Clear Acrylic shields for all front office check-ins or outs
- Pre-patient screening prior to patient dental appointments

- Isodry for all patient appointments to dramatically reduce the amount of splatter and aerosols throughout the office from constant evacuation
- Employee medical evaluations each day prior to office start which includes, pre-screening for all employees along with temperatures taken and recorded
- General housekeeping and cleaning
- Avoid direct handshaking, hugging, or greetings that contain direct contact
- Hand-sanitizer provided throughout the office
- Disinfection of common areas including; waiting room, bathrooms, door handles, reception chairs and front desk counters on a cleaning regimen which takes place at the beginning of each day, at 10AM, at 12PM, at 3PM and at the end of each day which will be logged
- Extensive wipe down of all clinical rooms
- Use of clinical room barriers
- Patient specific lab coats
